✅ How It Works
- Initial Payment: Renters can secure a property by paying as low as 10% of the total rent upfront, which grants them 35 days of stay.
- Flexible Renewal: To extend their stay, renters can pay any amount from just 5% of the rent. This adds more days based on the amount paid.

Important:
Renewal can be done
any time after a day or a week of the previous payment, depending on your plan — but
must never reach the due date.
If not renewed before the due date:
- The rental contract is terminated on the due date.
- The apartment becomes visible to the public again for new renting.
- You will be deactivated from renting that same apartment again.
🔧 Insurance Fix Fee (5%)
The Insurance Fix Fee is a mandatory 5% charge added to every rent and renewal payment. It is designed to:
- Cover unintentional damage caused by renters during their stay.
- Ensure quick minor repairs without delay or disputes.
- Promote responsible tenancy and protect landlords’ properties.
This fee covers:
- Electrical faults
- Toilet and plumbing maintenance
- Door and window repairs
- Minor fixture or surface damage
💡 Access to Insurance Fix Fund:
- Renters can request repairs anytime via their agent or by contacting the SuperMind office.
- If no damages are reported for 3 consecutive years, renters may request up to 50% of the accumulated Insurance Fix Fee for approved apartment upgrades (e.g., repainting, new fittings).
- SuperMind only charges a transactional fee for administering the fund. Misuse or intentional damage disqualifies renters from accessing the fund.
Summary: This policy protects everyone. Landlords are assured of maintenance coverage. Renters enjoy peace of mind, knowing minor issues are handled fast. And after 3 damage-free years, renters may benefit from upgrade support using part of their fix fee contribution.
