By registering on SuperMind Real Estate, you agree to the following terms based on your role:

⚖️ For Lawyers

• All individuals who register as lawyers become legal partners of SuperMind Real Estate.
• SuperMind requires office address, professional validation, and verification details.
• You agree to represent SuperMind in legal cases when required.
• Payments are made per contract or service rendered.

🧭 For Surveyors

• Registered surveyors are recognized as SuperMind Real Estate Surveyors and official partners.
• You may be called upon to conduct surveys or submit legal reports.
• Payments are made per contract or service rendered.

🏠 For Agents

• Registered agents are known as SuperMind Real Estate Agents.
• Once verified and accredited, you officially represent SuperMind Real Estate.
• You must remain truthful and honest in all dealings with clients.
• Details are subject to verification.
• Earnings and withdrawals are processed automatically through Paystack.

🛒 For Buyers

• Buyers must register using their true name and address.
• Any buyer who defaults on rent after taking a loan may be banned from the platform.

🔗 For Referrers

• Referrers are individuals who share property links with potential buyers.
• If a buyer makes a purchase through your referral link, your commission is processed automatically via Paystack.
• You agree that referral earnings are subject to validation based on the tracked link.
